Whether you’re exploring how to carry your practice into daily life, continuing after a retreat, or simply interested in living with more presence and clarity—these sessions are here to support your practice.

We begin with a brief, quiet sitting—just settling into the moment—then ease into a space for sharing and gentle conversation. There’s no pressure, just a welcoming environment where practice can unfold naturally and understanding can grow in its own time.

What to Expect:

  • 20-Minute Silent Sitting: We begin with a short meditation to settle and connect with present-moment awareness.
  • Practice Discussion & Q&A: After the sit, we open the space for questions, reflections, and shared learning. Bring your practice experiences, curiosities, and insights—this is a time to explore together.
  • Flexible Duration: Sessions typically last between 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the group’s engagement.

All are welcome—whether you’re just beginning or have been practicing for some time.
